Lobbyit— LFG squad finder & game nights

“Never drop solo again.”

What it is

You have the game and the evening free, but not the other four players. So you play with strangers who won't talk, and quit after two rounds. Or you post in a Discord with four hundred people where nobody answers, or a group chat plans a game night that never happens.

Lobbyit shows you players who are online right now, finds a squad for you, and lets you plan game nights for a set time. You pick a name, your games, the modes you play, the servers you like and roughly when you're free. It fills the spaces, opens a chat for the group, and reminds everyone before it starts.

How it works

What using Lobbyit is actually like.

Why it exists
The first few minutes after a squad is found is where it falls apart. Everyone is in, but nobody is talking, and by the time you've swapped gamer tags and an invite between PlayStation and PC has failed, two people have left. Lobbyit fixes that.
Who it’s for
People who play team games — Warzone, VALORANT, Helldivers 2 and 31 more — and are fed up of begging in Discord for three players at their level who will actually show up.
What you get
A list of players online right now at your level on your console or PC. A search that keeps looking while you do something else. A group chat that opens by itself, with voice chat ready, the moment the last space is filled. And a record of who showed up and who didn't. It's made for iPhone and Android, and these screens are from the latest version.
  1. Lobbyit: Find players

    Find players

Switch to Online and other players can see you — 12 online, on Europe and two more servers. Instant Fill is at the top: four spaces open, join the queue and they get filled. Below it, two ways to pick yourself — squads already playing that still have space, and the 12 online players — then People you know: 30 who play when you play, use your servers, or wanted to play with you again.

  2. Lobbyit: Searching for a squad

    Searching for a squad

Instant Fill on Warzone, BR Quads: a radar showing seven players found so far and a countdown. Two options — widen the search, so it looks for players at a similar level on any console or PC and keeps your place in the queue, or leave.

  3. Lobbyit: Everyone's gamer tag, ready to copy

Everyone's gamer tag, ready to copy

Night Shift, BR Quads, 4 of 4. At the top: who's ready — 3 of 4, because Grim is on a different console. Below that, everyone's gamer tag for this game — Kestrel#2185, nn#9043, Grim#4417 — one tap to copy, so nobody has to read out a friend code. A weekly game night, Thursday Nine at 21:00, sits below with Going, Maybe and Can't. Then the chat: “ill fill. mic is fixed now”, “lets go. lobby up in 5”, “omw”.

  4. Lobbyit: Your group chats

    Your group chats

Two chats with new messages, showing the last message and how many you haven't read — Night Shift, where Bigshot said “omw” four minutes ago, and Valorant. The four chats with nothing new are folded into one row so they stay out of the way. Want a new one? Instant Fill puts you in a squad and opens its chat.

  5. Lobbyit: A game night every week

    A game night every week

A weekly game night pinned at the top of the chat — Sunday Run, 3 coming, with Going, Maybe and Can't — and the chat below sorting it out: “sunday worked better than thursday tbh”, “moved it. same time”, “count me in for the run”. Saying no one week doesn't mean you've left the squad.

  6. Lobbyit: Pick your own players

    Pick your own players

Rather choose yourself? This is everyone online right now, filtered by any of the 34 games, with their rank, console or PC and language on each row and an Invite button: Odinspark, Diamond, PC, EN; Kaz, Immortal, PC, EN/DE; Lumen, Diamond, Steam Deck.

  7. Lobbyit: Each player's record

    Each player's record

Tap anyone to see their record: Odinspark, online, Europe, PC, has a mic. 89% of 9 teammates would play with them again, and why — good at talking ×6, friendly ×2, clutch ×2, calls the shots ×2. Plus a confirmed Diamond rank in Warzone BR Quads, and the evenings they usually play. It shows what really happened, not a star rating.

  8. Lobbyit: Your profile

    Your profile

Your games as cards with your rank and mode — Valorant at Ascendant, Helldivers 2 on missions — then your gamer tags, servers (Europe, NA East, Asia), how you like to play, from relaxed to serious ranked, and a grid of the days and evenings you're free. Connect Discord and it shows which people from your Discord servers are already on Lobbyit. It never posts anything to those servers.

  9. Lobbyit: Search four games at once

    Search four games at once

Searching all 31 games on your console or PC is free. Pro makes the search work harder for you: four games at once instead of one, every server you play on instead of just your main one, a search that keeps going after you close the app instead of stopping after 20 minutes, and as many saved squads as you like instead of one. Pro gives you more searching, not extra games.

The fine print

Short, honest, readable.

Lobbyit works through a server, which means other people and other companies are involved — so it has more to explain than an app that never leaves your phone. Here it is in plain English, and the documents that actually govern the app are one tap away.
