One address for every app, and it reaches the person who built it. There is no support department in between, which is why it is worth telling us which app and which phone.
Say which app, what you did, and what happened instead. A screenshot saves a round trip. If it is about a payment, the date and the last four digits of the card are enough to find it — never send the whole number.
Charges on your statement
Payments for these apps appear as THE IT GROUP. Purchases made inside an app go through Apple, so refunds for those are handled by Apple rather than by us — Apple’s Report a Problem page is the fastest route. Anything charged directly, write to us and we will sort it.
Deleting your data
Most of these apps keep everything on your phone, so deleting the app deletes the data with it. Where an app has an account, you can delete it from inside the app — no email, no waiting. Each app’s privacy policy says which of the two it is.
