A charge you don’t recognise
Payments show as THE IT GROUP. Purchases inside an app go through the store you bought from, so refunds are theirs: Apple’s Report a Problem or Google Play’s order history. Anything charged directly, email us. The date and the last four digits of the card are enough to find it — never send the whole number.
Delete your data
Most apps keep everything on your phone, so deleting the app deletes the data. Where there’s an account, delete it from inside the app — no email, no waiting.
